Jay is a partner in a global professional services firm. He’d started to notice that he wasn’t quite as lean as he used to be and an increasingly busy job meant that he wasn’t as mobile either.
Jay had started running and wanted to become stronger and more flexible. He knew his desk job wasn’t doing him any good and wanted to improve his posture too. He didn’t feel like he fitted in in the ‘macho’ environment that most gyms present.

Philip works as a consultant and came to me suffering with intermittent back, hip and forearm pain that just wasn't going away. In addition, he was feeling some lack of body confidence around muscle tone and general size/weight.
The results over just a few months are that the pain has mostly gone, and Philip has simple ways to alleviate it if it does present.
Philip now has optimal range of motion and has put on approximately 2kg of muscle.
